Decaffeinated by Descamex in Córdoba, Veracruz, using their Mountain Water Process - a chemical-free method that uses glacial water from Pico de Orizaba to remove up to 99% of caffeine. It's one of the gentler approaches to decaffeination, and this lot holds up well: orange, bright citrus, and brown sugar sweetness. A solid, flavourful decaf at a good entry point.
